A successful transaction is one that is fully authorized and settled. Failed, refunded, or disputed transactions before settlement are not charged.
Yes. Domestic card transactions are charged at 2.7% + $0.30. International cards add an additional +1.5%, and currency conversion adds another +1%.

You choose your payout method: Next day ACH ($2.50), Instant Bank Deposit (RTP) (4% + $1.00), Crypto (5% + $1.00), Venmo (5% + $1.00), Bank wire ($23.00), or international local banks (varies). Each method has its own speed and fee.
A flat $15.00 fee is applied per dispute. If you want proactive chargeback alerts (Early Dispute Alert / RDR), there's an additional $29.00 per alert.
